Rehoboth Energy, breaking the Oil Curse one community at a time.

About Us

Rehoboth Energy is a pioneering energy company with a mission to transform the Oil Curse afflicting African nations into an economic blessing. The term "Oil Curse" refers to the paradox that oil wealth, instead of boosting development, can trap oil-producing nations in a cycle of poverty and instability. Starting with Nigeria, we break the Oil Curse by:

Investing in and operating select under-developed oil and gas assets with high growth potential.

Utilizing our technical expertise and financial resources to optimize production.

Dedicating a minimum of 20% of profits to empower local communities through social and economic development initiatives.

Rehoboth: Profits Powering Progress

The Opportunity

Nigeria possesses one of the world's largest reserves of oil and gas. However, numerous field licenses are currently held by entities that lack the requisite capital and expertise necessary for optimal development. This presents an opportunity for Rehoboth to partner with these license holders through Financial and Technical Services Agreements (FTSAs), unlocking untapped value and driving progress.

Our Process

1) Asset Selection

Meticulously identify high-potential assets with attractive economics.

2) Turnkey Drilling Partnerships

Collaborate with established industry leaders like H-PTP Energy Services, a reputable Nigerian wells management company, to ensure efficient and cost-effective drilling and extraction operations, mitigating risk and maximizing returns.

3) Financial and Technical Services Agreements (FTSAs)

Structure FTSAs with license holders. These agreements allow us to take over the management and day-to-day operations of the assets for a set period of time. This gives us control to ensure we get our original investment back, along with a profit.

4) Community Investment

Allocate a minimum of 20% of profits towards initiatives that directly benefit communities, fostering social progress and reversing the detrimental effects of the Oil Curse.

Investment Highlights

Attractive Returns:
Projected payback period of a few years and a very attractive Internal Rate of Return on our FTSA-covered investments.

Sustainable Development:

Impact Investing

Rehoboth goes beyond traditional resource extraction. Our commitment to social responsibility yields measurable benefits for stakeholders:

The 20% Seed

Invest a minimum of 20% of profits to empower communities through social and economic development initiatives. This translates to real change, such as new schools, improved healthcare, agricultural revitalization, and infrastructure projects.
